About

Dr. Brandi Felderhoff

PhD, LCSW-S, APHSW-C

Social worker, educator, supervisor, and consultant. I've sat at the bedside, in the family meeting, and across the supervision table, and I bring all of it into the room.

Dr. Brandi Felderhoff is a social worker, educator, and consultant whose career bridges more than a decade of clinical practice with her current roles in higher education and professional leadership. She is known for turning complex, high-stakes topics such as ethics, end-of-life care, supervision, and workplace communication into trainings that feel real, relevant, and actionable.

She draws on experience across hospice and palliative care, hospital and mental health settings, and community practice. As an Associate Professor of Social Work and the MSW Program Coordinator at Texas Woman's University, she teaches advanced clinical practice, interventions, and death, dying, and bereavement.

A recognized leader within the National Association of Social Workers, she serves as the Region XI Director on the NASW National Board and previously led the NASW-Texas Board as Vice President and President. She is a past chair of the Denton Area Partnership for End-of-Life Care.

Whether she is facilitating a workshop, consulting with an agency, or supervising an emerging clinician, she creates learning spaces grounded in dignity, integrity, and connection.
